My roommate, a grizzled veteran of
Cornell's CS 211, made an announcement a week or two ago. It was something along the lines of, "gee whiz, I'm glad they didn't make us write minesweeper as a project. It looks impossible." To prove my vast intellectual superiority I made a winforms clone in about six or seven hours, including the time it took to draw the graphics and perform extensive "QA."
